We start by performing a thorough, end-to-end inspection of your attic to assess damage to insulation and structure. Once we have completed our thorough inspection, we put together a customized action plan that might recommend spot cleaning if the damage is relatively minor, or a full attic restoration if the damage is more severe and poses a threat to your family's safety and the structural integrity of your home.

We will present the customized action plan to you, explain our findings and the reasons behind our suggestions (e.g. spot cleaning instead of full attic restoration), and answer all of your questions in a clear, honest and direct manner. Please remember: there are no bad questions!

Once you are completely comfortable with the customized action plan and we have answered all of your questions, then our experts will get to work making things right. This work may include removing all materials and (animal droppings and contaminated insulation), and installing new insulation (at R38-value) so that your attic is both safe, energy efficient and functional. If you are restoring your attic as part of an insurance claim, we can work directly with your insurance company to make the process as efficient and simple for you as possible.

‍PHASE 5
Once your attic is fully restored per the customized action plan, we conduct additional follow-up inspections to ensure and confirm that there are no lingering issues or possible risks.
